Common questions

Is there a per-lot or per-bid fee?

No. Your monthly subscription covers unlimited bidding activity within your plan's auction and lot limits. We never take a cut of your proceeds.

What counts as an "auction"?

Each scheduled auction event counts as one auction, regardless of how many bidders participate or how long it runs. An estate sale running Saturday morning is one auction. A fleet disposal event on Tuesday is another.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No penalties.

Do you support government or enterprise procurement?

Yes. We can accommodate purchase orders, net-30 invoicing, and enterprise contract requirements. Contact us for details.

What payment methods are accepted?
